I always tell people I'm allegic to exercise. LOL I mean really...it makes you're face red, it makes you short of breath, it makes your muscles hurt. If that's not an allergic reaction, I don't know what is! LOL

Sandy, thanks so much for offering an exercise that sounds like something that I'm not "allergic" to. I'll definitely give it a try.The Rosary Workshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12905874691662657788noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9126776497274255979.post-49977538425390935482010-03-10T12:08:53.452-06:002010-03-10T12:08:53.452-06:00Oooo...Sandy I am definitely going to try this! It is the prayer that is used on Eastern Orthodox prayer beads. The idea is that the prayer becomes unceasing, as it is a prat of your every breath. I have experienced how it can be a wonderful way to stay focussed in prayer, but being able to take off some inches along the way would be an additional advantage. I have used the breathing technique when I say the rosary; now I will have to start paying attention to my ab muscles too. =)prayer bedeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17316270744327466910noreply@blogger.com
