Thought I would share a pic of a custom rosary made for a fellow in Virginia. He has a special intention for Our Lady Of Fatima. Aves are Water Buffalo Bone, Skull is Ox Bone.
A skull was very common on nuns waist rosaries years ago. A skull on a rosary is a reminder of our mortality- much like ashes on ash Wednesday.
